Everything we sell is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not drugs, supplements, foods or cosmetics. They are not for human or veterinary use of any kind, and nothing on this site is medical advice or an invitation to consume any product.

By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or older, that the materials will be used only for lawful laboratory research, that they will not be administered to humans or animals, and that you are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your purchase, possession and use of them.

We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe is inconsistent with these conditions, with a full refund of any amount paid.

Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when payment is confirmed. We accept USDT and USDC (on the networks shown at checkout) and PayID / bank transfer. We do not accept cards and never collect card details.

Stablecoin amounts are quoted at checkout and held for a limited window shown on the order page. Bank-transfer orders are placed on hold until we email you payment details and your transfer is matched by hand. Orders that remain unpaid may be cancelled.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices and quantity discounts may change at any time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

We ship within Australia only, by tracked express post in insulated, discreet packaging, within one business day of your payment confirming. Delivery is free on orders over $200; otherwise a flat $15 applies. See shipping details.

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once an order is dispatched. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, quoting your order reference (photos help), and we'll replace it or refund you. Every parcel is tracked and insured — if one is lost in transit, we'll resend it or refund you.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for any use of our products contrary to these terms.
