Privacy policy

When you place an order: your name, email address, delivery address, optional phone number, and the items ordered.

When you pay: we never see or store card details — we don't accept cards. For stablecoin payments we record the blockchain transaction that pays your order. For PayID / bank transfers we see what your bank shows us: the amount, the reference and the sender name on the transfer.

When you contact us: your name, email address and message.

To process and deliver your order, email you order updates (confirmation, payment received, shipped), answer your messages, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. We don't send marketing email, and we never sell or rent your information.

Order data is stored in our database, hosted in Sydney, Australia. Transactional email is delivered through our email provider. Our website is served through our hosting provider from Sydney. Each provider only handles the data needed to do its job.

We use one cookie: it remembers for a year that you confirmed you are 18+ and understand our products are for research use, so you aren't asked on every visit. Your cart and any discount code are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, until you place an order. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Completed order records are kept as long as Australian tax and business record-keeping law requires. Contact messages are kept until resolved and then periodically cleared.

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we're not legally required to keep. Send us a message and we'll respond within a few business days.
